Reimagining Ballistics Technology

Charged with developing a manufacturing plan for reimagined use of ballistics technology for sports equipment, our team developed short and long term manufacturing plans for our company, "Ballistics for Good." We researched manufacturing facilities, distributors, and shipping routes; created hypothetical bills of materials, work times and instructions, and enterprise resource planning software options; planned out our scheduled production ramps and roll-out plans.
