In late June 2017, the American Society of Engineering Education held its 124th annual conference. I spent the 2016-2017 academic school year designing and deploying a climate survey to the mechanical engineering undergraduate population. Our paper was titled Climate Survey in a Mid-Sized Research University Mechanical Engineering Department: Report, and can be found here.
